Basil- Lemon (Ocimum basilicum)
The divine lemony smell of this basil combined with its uplifting taste make it a true culinary delight. Great as an undertone in a traditional pesto, in Asian stir fry, thrown in with snap beans or paired with chicken. My favorite use is infuse my water during the heat of summer. (For commercial growers this strain does better than most for staying leafy and resisting going to seed).
