Mattics Sweet Pimento

Capsicum annuum

A somewhat mysterious pepper from the Martin Family Collection, but it was so delicious we had to keep growing it out. It is hands down one of the richest, crunchiest, most aromatic peppers we have ever grown. Lustrous, dark red with a typical pimento shape. Enjoy!
