Quillquiña

Porophyllum ruderale

This unique pungent herb, also known as Bolivian Coriander, has a unique flavor that is hard to describe. Some people have said it is like a mix of coriander, rue, and arugula. It is delicious when added to salsas, bean, and tacos. Produces 4 foot tall rounded, bushy plants with spade shaped leaves that are green, tinged with purple on the undersides and stems of the plant. Native to South America.
